IRCTC (Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation) is an Indian railways app launched by the Indian government that offers railway services such as ticket booking, live updates on train status, and catering and tourism services
With new users signing up each minute, the app has access to vast amounts of data that can be analysed to gain insights into user behaviour and identify common obstacles that users encounter while using the app that can be addressed for further improvement.
I conducted a user survey with a diverse group of active users, using a questionnaire to gather their perspectives on the challenges they encounter while using the app. The ultimate goal was to comprehend their frustrations. Additionally, I requested their feedback and suggested ways for enhancing the product, taking into account their viewpoints.
After gathering and analysing all the information, I put together the main pain points of the users
